AI Karyakarta ("the Service") lets a brand or page owner connect their own Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts so that incoming comments can be read by AI and, where a comment is an abusive or coordinated attack on that brand, hidden. It exists because brands are targeted by organised negative-comment (ORM) campaigns on their own posts. This policy explains exactly what we store and why.

2. What we collect

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not post, comment, like or message as you.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use your page data to build profiles of people unrelated to your pages.
• We never touch pages you have not explicitly connected.

4. Who else sees the data

Comment text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to classify that comment, and to the platform's own API (Meta) to carry out the hide/delete you configured. Data is stored on our servers in a database that is isolated per user account: one customer can never see another customer's pages or comments.

5. Hide vs delete

By default the Service only hides comments — hiding is reversible and the comment is not destroyed. Deletion is permanent and is off by default; it only happens on a page where you have explicitly switched it on.

6. Retention

Page access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a page or delete your account. Moderation records are kept while your account is active so your reports remain accurate, and are deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

7. Your rights and how to delete your data

See Data Deletion for the exact steps. In short: disconnect a page from your dashboard to remove its token immediately, or email reachglobalaurangabad@gmail.com to have your whole account and all its data deleted. If you remove the app from your Facebook settings, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the associated tokens without you having to ask.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will notify account holders by email at the address on their account.
